目的:研究复方缬归滴丸对子宫平滑肌痉挛的松弛作用。方法:取预先雌激素化的大鼠和豚鼠子宫固定于麦氏浴槽,“缩宫素”诱发子宫持续痉挛,以张力换能器-生理信号采集系统观察复方缬归滴丸对离体子宫平滑肌的解痉作用;扭体法观察复方缬归滴丸对“缩宫素”诱导的小鼠在体子宫平滑肌痉挛的松弛作用。结果:复方缬归滴丸对“缩宫素”诱发的离体子宫平滑肌痉挛具有迅速、强烈的,浓度依赖性的解痉作用,最大松弛度达100％,ED50为1．415 mg·L-1,其解痉作用的强度明显高于当归挥发油;扭体实验中,复方缬归滴丸组小鼠的扭体次数明显低于对照组,并呈现有剂量依赖性,与对照组间存在显著性差异。结论:复方缬归滴丸可以快速有效地松弛子宫平滑肌痉挛,对原发性痛经有明显的防治作用。
OBJECTIVE: To study the relaxation effect of compound Zigui Diwan on uterine smooth muscle spasm. METHODS: Uterine estrogenated rats and guinea pig uteri were fixed in Maxwell’s bath, and oxytocin induced continuous uterine spasm. The tension transducer-physiological signal acquisition system was used to observe the compound guizhou dripping pills on isolated uterine smooth muscle. The antispasmodic effect was observed by the writhing method to observe the relaxation effect of Compound Zigui Dripping Pills on oxytocin induced murine uterine smooth muscle spasm. RESULTS: Compound Zigui Dripping Pill had a rapid, strong and concentration-dependent spasmolysis effect on uterine smooth muscle spasm induced by “oxytocin”. The maximum relaxation was 100%, and the ED50 was 1.415 mg·L-. 1, The strength of its antispasmodic effect was significantly higher than that of angelica volatile oil; in the writhing experiment, the number of writhing in the compound Zigui dropping pill group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and showed a dose-dependent manner, and there was a significant difference between the control group and the control group. Sexual differences. Conclusion: Compound Zigui Dripping Pill can relax uterine smooth muscle spasm quickly and effectively, and has obvious preventive and therapeutic effects on primary dysmenorrhea.
