龙眼的病虫防治工作历来未被人们所重视。我们处在龙眼的老产区,深深体会到龙眼病虫害的严重威胁,例如果蛀虫为害曾造成采前落果11～15％;霜霉病曾造成采前落果27％;荔枝椿象为害曾造成部分龙眼园花、果落尽;枝叶茂密的龙眼园曾被青翅羽衣为害造成遍地飞絮,并引发满园煤烟病;金龟子为害曾造成幼年龙眼园叶片所剩无几。所有这些病虫害,若不加速研究防治,很有可能蔓延发展,酿成大灾。这一严重情况,特提出希望引起有关方面的重视。
