目的:研究survivin、Cox-2在骨肉瘤中的表达,探讨其在骨肉瘤发生、发展中的作用。方法:应用免疫组化SP法检测38例骨肉瘤组织、20例骨软骨瘤组织中survivin,Cox-2的表达。结果:65.8%的骨肉瘤组织中survivin的表达阳性,骨软骨瘤组织的表达率为20.0%(P<0.01)。57.9%的骨肉瘤组织表达Cox-2阳性,显著高于骨软骨瘤组织的表达率(25.0%)(P<0.05)。Survivin表达上调和Cox-2表达上调与骨肉瘤的临床分期密切相关,survivin的表达与Cox-2的表达密切相关。结论:在骨肉瘤组织中survivin、Cox-2的表达异常,提示它们可能对骨肉瘤的发展起重要作用。
OBJECTIVE: To study the expression of survivin and Cox-2 in osteosarcoma and to explore its role in the occurrence and development of osteosarcoma. Methods: The expressions of survivin and Cox-2 in 38 osteosarcoma tissues and 20 osteochondroma tissues were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. Results: Survivin expression was positive in 65.8% of osteosarcoma tissues, and the expression rate of osteochondroma was 20.0% (P <0.01). The expression of Cox-2 in 57.9% of osteosarcoma tissues was significantly higher than that in osteochondroma (25.0%) (P <0.05). The up-regulation of Survivin and the upregulation of Cox-2 are closely related to the clinical stage of osteosarcoma. The expression of survivin is closely related to the expression of Cox-2. Conclusion: The abnormal expressions of survivin and Cox-2 in osteosarcoma suggest that they may play an important role in the development of osteosarcoma.
