长江按地理位置划分,虽然居于内河,但由于长江下游优越的水位条件,使5万吨级的海轮在中洪水位可直驶南京,万吨级海轮可以直达芜湖。2003年长江干线港口外贸货物吞吐量达到5000万吨以上,占全国内河港口的60%。长江下游南京以下的港口,交通部已按照海港的模式进行管理,外贸运输中产生的问题和纠纷,均按照我国的外贸运输法规和国际惯例来进行调整和处理。
According to the geographical location of the Yangtze River, although living in the river, due to the superior water level conditions in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River, the 50,000-ton seagoing vessel can go directly to Nanjing at the mid-flood level and the 10,000-ton seagoing vessel can reach Wuhu directly. In 2003, the throughput of foreign trade in the ports of the Yangtze River reached over 50 million tons, accounting for 60% of the total inland river ports. The ports and transport ministries below the lower reaches of the Yangtze River in Nanjing have been managed in accordance with the harbor model. The problems and disputes arising from the foreign trade and transport have been adjusted and dealt with in accordance with China’s foreign trade and transportation regulations and international practices.
