在人工气候厢中,研究了不同类型两用核不育系对温度和日照长度的反应。结果表明,在长日照下,不同类型的两用核不育系对低温的敏感时期不同,LW2S,2177S,NJ28S从幼穗分化开始时即敏感,8912S则从第2次技梗原基分化开始;M901S最稳定,对低温钝感;在短日条件下,温度过高对两用核不育系的育性有影响,低温对育性的转化无影响,8912S,LW2S,2177S和NJ28S的育性转化明显,8901S,M901S变化不大;处理时间过短不能真实地反映材料的温光特性,我们认为,应从幼穗原基分化前2-3天进行处理,直至拍穗较为合适。
In the artificial climate chamber, the effects of different types of dual-purpose nuclear male sterile lines on temperature and sunlight length were studied. The results showed that under the long sunshine, different types of dual-genic male sterile lines had different sensitivity to low temperature, LW2S, 2177S and NJ28S were sensitive to young spike differentiation, and 8912S from the second differentiation ; M901S was the most stable and insensitive to low temperature. Under the condition of short day, the temperature was too high, which had no effect on the fertility of two-purpose nuclear fertility line. Low temperature had no effect on the fertility transformation. The fertility of 8912S, LW2S, 2177S and NJ28S The sexual transformation obviously, 8901S, M901S little change; treatment time is too short can not truly reflect the temperature and light properties of the material, we think that should be processed 2-3 days before pupation primordium differentiation until the spike is more appropriate.
