统筹省内就业和劳务输出、建立完善劳务输出地区与输入地区对接机制,是贯彻落实十七届三中全会精神和加快推进经济文化强省建设的一项重大决策,有利于破解经济发达地区企业“招工难”和经济欠发达地区劳动力“就业难”的双重困境,推进全省人力资源和经济资源的优化配置,进一步促进全省经济社会协调发展。为落实好这项决策,郭兆信副省长亲自领题调研,广泛听取各方意见和建议,形成了这一成果。
