香港回归在即的历史时刻,济南清河集团总裁李春圃于1997年元月亲赴香港捧得“紫荆花杯杰出企业家成就奖”。该评奖活动系香港理工大学主办,全国人大常委会副委员长程思远担任总顾问,国家人才交流中心专家局、农业部乡镇企业局、中华全国工商业联合总会、香港总商会协办。其宗旨:让世界了解中国的乡镇企业,让中国的乡镇企业家了解世界;表彰才俊,推荐给国际社会,促进经贸发展。此次活动全国共评出22位获奖企业家。济南清河集团发挥地处城郊的优势,自八十年代初开始发展第三产业,走科工贸一体化的经营之路。在改变村容村貌的基础上,兴办现代化企业,先后建起了三星级明湖大酒店、国际贸易大厦、国际精品大世界、东亚商场、山东电子大厦、55000平方米的国际俱乐部。为集团职工和近处居民服务的教育中心、托儿所、敬老院和医院也相继建成。目前清河集团现创产值24亿,人均收入超过万元。李春圃带领清河人实现了向更高、更快、
