气门与气门座之间密封性好坏直接影响到发动机的动力性和经济性。原4115缸盖(没有镶气门座)为整体式,材料为HT20—40,由于浇铸后冷却速度缓慢,硬度一般只能达到HB170左右,该气门口耐磨性比较差。为了提高气门座耐磨性,我厂从1982年起生产的4115缸盖进、排气门座都采用了镶座工艺(见图1):进、排气门座材料为耐磨盼硼铬钼合金铸铁,硬度也
