本文以普光气田为例,介绍国内首个高含硫气田开发建设过程中环保措施的落实情况,通过项目建成后投产以来对环境影响及环保措施的经济评价,估算投资费用、运行费用及取得效益等,从治理措施分析入手,探讨有关环境因素对经济效益、社会效益的影响。通过分析发现,本项目在带来在巨大的经济效益背后,还蕴含着环境保护一系列措施带来的巨大社会效益。因此,本项目的开发成功对其它生态工程建设项目具有重要的借鉴作用。
Taking Puguang Gas Field as an example, this paper introduces the implementation of environmental protection measures during the development and construction of the first high-sulfur gas field in China. The economic evaluation of environmental impact and environmental protection measures since the completion of the project is put into operation to estimate the investment cost, operation cost and benefit And so on, starting from the analysis of governance measures to explore the impact of environmental factors on economic and social benefits. Through the analysis, it is found that the project brings great social benefits brought by a series of measures of environmental protection behind the enormous economic benefits. Therefore, the successful development of this project has an important reference for other eco-construction projects.
