目的:探讨在消化内科新进护士中实施层级培训的效果。方法:以2010年4月~2013年4月浙江省杭州市肿瘤医院消化内科新进护士26例为研究对象,将新进护士带教过程分为不同阶段制订层级培训方案,在上岗前、试用期、转正前实施有针对性的不同内容培训。在培训前后分别进行业务能力考核,并调查科室医生、带教老师对新进护士工作的满意度。结果:培训后业务能力考核成绩为(91.55±5.33)分,显著高于培训前的(78.23±6.39)分(P<0.05);培训后优良率为88.46%,合格率为100%,与培训前比较均显著提高(P<0.05);培训后医生与带教老师对新进护士的团队精神、服务态度、业务能力、工作整体性的满意度,高于培训前(P<0.05)。结论:对消化内科新进护士实施层级培训,能显著增强其业务能力,提高工作质量。
Objective: To explore the effect of implementing the level training in new nurses in gastroenterology. Methods: From April 2010 to April 2013, 26 newly recruited nurses from Department of Gastroenterology, Cancer Hospital of Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province were selected as research objects. The new nurse teaching process was divided into different stages to develop a hierarchy of training programs. Before the appointment, Period, before the implementation of targeted training of different content. Before and after the training were operational capacity assessment, and investigation department doctors, teaching teachers satisfaction with the work of new nurses. Results: The score of proficiency test after training was (91.55 ± 5.33) points, which was significantly higher than that of before training (78.23 ± 6.39) (P <0.05). After training, the excellent and good rate was 88.46% and the pass rate was 100% (P <0.05). After the training, the satisfaction of the doctors and the teaching staff in the team spirit, service attitude, professional ability and work integrity of the new nurses was higher than that before the training (P <0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of a new level of training for nurses in Gastroenterology can significantly enhance their operational capabilities and improve the quality of their work.
