阐述了双锥辊辗压成形的特点及原理。建立了锥齿轮双锥辊辗压成形模型,分析了成形过程中金属变形流动规律以及应力场、应变场、行程载荷的变化及规律,揭示辗压的变形特点。进行了工艺试验,试验结果表明,该工艺能保证齿形充满,而且,成形力较小,温成形外径为φ246mm的齿轮的成形力约为1400kN。
The characteristics and principle of double cone roll forming are expounded. The biconical roller rolling forming model of the bevel gear was established. The deformation and flow characteristics of the metal during the forming process and the changes and laws of the stress field, the strain field and the stroke load were analyzed. The test results show that the process can ensure full dentition, and the forming force is small. The forming force of the gear with the outside diameter of φ246mm is about 1400kN.
