食品中兽药残留是引起食品安全的关键问题之一,开发快速准确检测食品中兽药残留的方法势在必行。近年来,为提高传感器的灵敏度和稳定性,基于纳米材料的电分析生物传感器成为分析领域的热点。但目前绝大多数电化学生物传感器的研究还处于基础研究阶段。本文主要综述了基于纳米材料的电分析生物传感器在食品中兽药残留检测方面的研究和应用进展,主要包括电化学生物传感器、电化学发光生物传感器和光电化学生物传感器。在采用近似的流程对同一种物质进行检测时,光电化学方法获得的检测限通常比电化学方法低一个数量级。由于利用了电信号响应,光电化学检测仪器设备简单、价格低廉且更易于微型化。
Veterinary drug residues in food are one of the key issues that cause food safety. It is imperative to develop a rapid and accurate method for veterinary drug residues in food. In recent years, in order to improve the sensitivity and stability of the sensor, the nano-material-based electroanalysis biosensor has become a hot spot in the field of analysis. However, the vast majority of electrochemical biosensors are still in the basic research stage. This review summarizes the research and application of nano-materials-based bioassay sensors in veterinary drug residues detection in food, including electrochemical biosensors, electrochemiluminescence biosensors and photoelectrochemical biosensors. When using similar processes to detect the same substance, the detection limit of the photoelectrochemical method is usually one order of magnitude lower than that of the electrochemical method. As a result of the use of electrical signal response, photo-electrochemical detection equipment is simple, inexpensive and easier to miniaturize.
