目的了解辽宁省不同市区家蝇抗药性状况,为科学地使用杀虫剂提供依据。方法采用点滴法。用微量点滴器,将丙酮配制的试验药剂,点滴于家蝇中胸背板进行测试。结果辽宁省抚顺、本溪、辽阳、鞍山市的家蝇对4种常用杀虫剂均产生了不同程度的抗药性,以溴氰菊酯的抗性最为突出,4市家蝇对该杀虫剂的平均抗性系数为61.60倍,对残杀威的抗药性次之,平均抗性系数为22.65倍,对高效氯氰菊酯和敌敌畏的平均抗性系数分别为8.71和4.72倍。结论应采取科学的方法使用杀虫剂,有效控制家蝇的抗药性增长。
Objective To understand the resistance of Musca domestica in different urban areas of Liaoning Province and provide the basis for the scientific use of insecticides. Method using the drip method. With a microdialyzer, the test drug formulated with acetone is spotted in the thorax of the housefly for testing. Results Houseflies in Fushun, Benxi, Liaoyang and Anshan of Liaoning Province all had different levels of resistance to the four commonly used insecticides, most notably deltamethrin. Four domestic flies were susceptible to the insecticide The average resistance coefficient was 61.60 times and the resistance to propoxur was the second, the average resistance coefficient was 22.65 times. The average resistance coefficient to beta-cypermethrin and dichlorvos was 8.71 and 4.72 times respectively. Conclusions A scientific approach to pesticide use should be taken to effectively control the growth of housefly resistance.
