新疆地质学会探矿工程专业委员会于1990年12月18日在乌鲁木齐市召开。参加会议的代表来自新疆探工专委各成员单位及有关厂家、院校,共90人。新疆地质学会理事长冯志学同志到会讲了话;全国探工专委副秘书长冯国强高级工程师专程来疆指导并做了题为“当前我国探矿学术活动”的报告;陕西探工专委代表咸阳考古钻探公司吴发荣经理宣读了陕西探工专委给会议的贺信,并做了题为“考古钻探设想”的报告;特别是国家级科学家、著名的钎头专家,中国地质大学(武汉)张国榉教授不远万里莅临会
Xinjiang Geological Society Exploration Engineering Professional Committee was held in Urumqi on December 18, 1990. Representatives from all the member units of Xinjiang Exploration Commission and related manufacturers and institutions attended the meeting, a total of 90 people. Feng Zhixue, chairman of the Xinjiang Geological Society, gave a speech at the meeting; Senior Engineer FENG Guoqiang, deputy secretary general of the State Commission for Exploration Engineering made a special trip to Xinjiang for guidance and made a report titled “Current Academic Activities in Prospecting in China”; Wu Hairong, the manager of Xianyang Archeology Drilling Company, read out a letter of congratulation from Shaanxi Exploration Commission to the conference and gave a report entitled “Archeological Drilling Assumption”. In particular, he is a national scientist and a famous drill expert. He is also a member of China University of Geosciences (Wuhan) Professor miles to come to the meeting
