目的研究不同糖耐量患者血清Vaspin水平变化与胰岛素敏感性等相关因素的关系。方法 89例研究对象分为正常对照、糖耐量减低和2型糖尿病3组。检测人体测量参数和生化指标,留取血样测FPG、FIns、血脂、HbA_1c、Vaspin水平,采用稳态模式评估胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)等,分析这些参数在各组人群间的关系。结果 (1)2型糖尿病组女性血清Vaspin水平显著高于男性(1.22±0.35 vs1.01±0.27,P<0.05);(2)三组人群血清Vaspin水平无明显差异(1.13±0.47 vs 1.09±0.33 vs 1.11±0.33,P>0.05);(3)在对性别、年龄、身高、体重、BMI进行校正后,血清Vaspin与FIns成正相关(r=0.244,P<0.05)与LDL-C呈负相关(r=-0.266,P<0.05)。FIns、HOMA-IR、BMI是影响血清Vaspin的独立相关因素。结论空腹血清Vaspin水平正相关于空腹胰岛素,负相关于LDL-C;FIns,HOMA-IR和BMI是影响血清Vaspin的独立相关因素。
Objective To study the relationship between serum Vaspin levels and insulin sensitivity in different glucose tolerance patients. Methods 89 cases were divided into normal control, impaired glucose tolerance and type 2 diabetes mellitus. The parameters of human body were measured and the biochemical indexes were measured. The FPG, FIns, blood lipids, HbA_1c and Vaspin levels in blood samples were collected, and HOMA-IR was evaluated by steady-state model. The relationship among these groups was analyzed. Results (1) Serum Vaspin levels in women with type 2 diabetes were significantly higher than those in men (1.22 ± 0.35 vs 1.01 ± 0.27, P <0.05). (2) There was no significant difference in serum Vaspin levels between the three groups (1.13 ± 0.47 vs 1.09 ± 0.33 vs 1.11 ± 0.33, P> 0.05). (3) After adjusting for gender, age, height, weight and BMI, serum Vaspin was positively correlated with FIns (r = 0.244, (R = -0.266, P <0.05). FIns, HOMA-IR, BMI are independent factors that affect serum Vaspin. Conclusion Fasting serum Vaspin level is positively related to fasting insulin and negatively correlated with LDL-C. FIns, HOMA-IR and BMI are independent factors that affect serum Vaspin.
