采用微型钛夹板对91例颌骨骨折患者进行了坚固内固定，总有效率为92．3％．一并分析了包括创口感染、螺钉松动及咬合关系不良等并发症．文中就坚固内固定与骨折愈合的关系、坚固内固定的适应症、并发症及其防治等进行了讨论．
A total of 91 cases of jaw fractures were fixed by mini-titanium splint, the total effective rate was 92.3%. Including wound infection, loose screws and occlusion and other complications. The article discusses the relationship between the strong internal fixation and fracture healing, the indications for solid internal fixation, complications and prevention and treatment.
