在古耿龙门的汾水河畔,人们广泛传颂着一位廉洁奉公、勤政为民、一心一意带领群众治穷致富奔小康的好代表,他就是山西省河津市人大代表高家湾村党支部书记兼村委会主任、农工商企业集团总经理卫仰泽同志。手过千万元分文都不沾卫仰泽同志作为一名农村基层干部、人大代表,时刻不忘自己的神圣职责和义务。从1982年到1993年11年间,他积极带领群众治穷致富,多方筹集了1200万元,先后创办了17个集体企业。1993年底集体企业总产值达8000万元,纯利达800万元,全村人均纯收入突破3000元,使高家湾2800名群众一举甩掉了一穷二白的落后帽子。然而每一个企业从筹建到投产,他付出的是心血和汗水,从未获得分文报酬。1985年村里洗煤焦化厂投产后,厂长说:
