张家界作为全世界知名的旅游目的地,拥有一系列数量众多、种类丰富、品质较高的自然景观和人文景观,旅游业成为了当地国民经济的支柱产业。不断增加的旅游接待量使张家界旅游行政管理部门以及旅游企业开始重视旅游服务质量的监管。目前张家界旅游业发展已经逐渐由数量扩展发展阶段进入提质升级的阶段,旅游服务质量的监管对整个行业的发展具有重要意义。因此,张家界旅游质量监管面临的各种问题已经亟待解决。本文从分析张家界旅游质量监管的现状出发,指出了张家界旅游服务质量监管方面存在的问题,并对解决这些问题提出了个人的一些建议。
As a well-known tourist destination in the world, Zhangjiajie has a series of natural landscapes and cultural landscapes with a large number, rich variety and high quality. The tourism industry has become the pillar industry of the local national economy. The ever-increasing amount of tourist reception enables the tourism administration in Zhangjiajie and tourism enterprises to pay more attention to the supervision of the quality of tourism services. At present, the development of tourism in Zhangjiajie has gradually entered the upgrading and upgrading stage from the stage of quantity expansion and development. The regulation of tourism service quality is of great significance to the development of the entire industry. Therefore, various problems facing Zhangjiajie tourism quality supervision have been solved urgently. Based on the analysis of the current situation of tourism quality supervision in Zhangjiajie, this paper points out the problems existing in the regulation of tourism service quality in Zhangjiajie and puts forward some personal suggestions to solve these problems.
