工作五年,三年担任班主任工作。回顾这几年的班级管理历程,有进步也有不足,有喜悦也有烦恼。在这三年中我始终坚持用以制度管理班级、不断优化学习环境、改善同学之间以及师生之间的关系、增强班级凝聚力等措施管理班级,不仅使班级卫生、纪律有了明显改善,学生的学习态度也有了很大进步。但在班级管理中也有很多烦恼,比如仍有个别学生班级意识不强、学习态度不端正、纪律意识差,上课迟到、做事拖拉、不能按时完成班级任
