维护祖国统一、加强民族团结是民族地区工作的着眼点和着力点,十八届五中全会确立到2020年全面建成小康社会的目标,民族地区已经进入全面建成小康社会决定性阶段。面对新形势新任务,党报作为主要舆论导向阵地,对党报编辑的业务能力提出更加规范的要求,探索民族地区党报编辑在新形势新问题环境下的发展之道成为必要课题。文章以民族地区党报发展为背景,对党报编辑应当具备的素养进行关照,以期增强党报在新时期的传播影响力。

Taking the development of the party newspaper in ethnic areas as a background, the article takes care of the literary qualifications that the party newspaper editors should possess in order to enhance the influence of the party newspaper spreading in the new era.
