目的:建立稳定的猪脑基底核出血模型。方法:取猪尾动脉血2.5ml,在气囊扩张的基础上,分2次注入猪脑基底核,制备猪脑基底核出血模型并观察其行为学改变,行头颅CT检查。结果:模型成功率为80%,出血后6h行为学出现改变,7d后逐渐恢复。结论:此模型死亡率低,成功率高,血肿稳定,行为学改变明显,适合实验研究。
Objective: To establish a stable model of pig brain basal ganglia hemorrhage. Methods: 2.5 ml of pig tail artery blood was drawn. Based on the balloon dilatation, basal ganglia were injected into the basal ganglia of pigs twice in order to observe the behavioral changes of pig basal ganglia. The brain CT examination was performed. Results: The model success rate was 80%, 6h after hemorrhage behavior changed, gradually recovered after 7d. Conclusion: This model has low mortality, high success rate, stable hematoma and obvious behavioral changes. It is suitable for experimental study.
