班主任是学校管理的最基本单元,是学校管理的直接参与者和实施者。在班级管理中班主任要抓住每个学生的心理,只有记得自己曾经是个孩子的人才能成为一个优秀的教师,班主任尤其如此。只有尊重学生,与学生平等地交流,平等地对话,才能真正地与学生融为一体,成为班级的领头羊、代言人。
Class teacher is the most basic unit of school management, school management is the direct participants and implementers. In class management, the head teacher should grasp the psychology of every student, and only the person who remembers that he was a child can become a good teacher, especially the head teacher.
