目的:对高压氧联合药物治疗突发性耳聋的临床疗效进行探析.方法以医院2012年2月~2014年2月接收的100例突发性耳聋患者为对象,将其随机分为两组,即观察组与对照组,每组患者各50例.同时将观察组中的50例患者根据发病天数分为为C组和D组.对观察组和对照组及C组与D组的治疗效果进行比较.结果观察组、对照组治疗总有效率分别为96%、80%,观察组临床治疗效果明显高于对照组(P〈0.05).C组、D组治疗总有效率分别为100%、92%,C组治疗效果明显好于D组(P〈0.05).结论高压氧联合药物治疗突发性耳聋不仅可以提高治疗疗效,同时效果优于单纯药物治疗,且联合治疗时间越早临床疗效越好,值得临床推广应用. “,”Objective The hyperbaric oxygen combined drug therapy to analysis the clinical curative effect of sudden deafness.Methods In a hospital in February 2012 - February 2014 received 100 sudden deafness patients as the object, 50 cases of each group of patients.Results Observation group and control group total effective rate 96%, 80% respectively, the clinical treatment effect of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group (P〈0.05).
