本文以湖北工业大学工程技术学院2009级土木一班为例,以问卷调查的形式客观统计了该班级实习、就业以及相互关系的人数,定性并定量评价实习与就业的关系,得出实习对就业具有十分重要作用的结论,同时,也针对毕业生就业找工作提出了几点建议。 In this paper, a class of civil engineering in 2009 from Hubei University of Technology is taken as an example. The number of internship, employment and interpersonal relationship in the class is objectively surveyed in the form of questionnaire. The relationship between internship and employment is qualitatively and quantitatively evaluated. Has a very important role in the conclusion, but also for the employment of graduates to find some suggestions made.
