针对多阶段多目标水库优化调度问题,以邯郸市东武仕水库兴利调度为例,通过设计频率P=20%的入库径流和需水过程,构建了基于水力效益和耗水效益的水库兴利优化调度模型;基于NSGA-Ⅱ算法中的非支配排序策略,提出了多目标动态规划算法,获得了多目标优化的帕累托(Pareto)最优目标集;针对可能的目标偏好,计算水库各月的泄水量和缺水量。结果表明,多目标动态规划算法能获得水库兴利调度目标值的一个Pareto前沿;在任何阶段,针对同一月末库容,所有目标值均构成一个Pareto前沿。
In order to solve the problem of multi-stage multi-objective reservoir optimization and scheduling, taking Dongsishishi Dam in Handan as an example, a reservoir based on hydraulic efficiency and water consumption efficiency is constructed by designing runoff and water demand process with P = 20% Based on the non-dominated scheduling strategy in NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm, a multi-objective dynamic programming algorithm is proposed, and a Pareto optimal target set with multi-objective optimization is obtained. According to the possible target preferences, Reservoir monthly discharge and lack of water. The results show that the multi-objective dynamic programming algorithm can obtain a Pareto frontier for the target value of a reservoir and all the target values form a Pareto frontier for the same month-end storage capacity.
