In recent years, therefore, Germany has developed an economical high-speed catenary suitable for speeds up to 400 km per hour. This article starts from the above requirements, introduces the newly developed catenary, including its parts and installation process. Traction power supply and current distribution must also be adapted to the expansion of the European high-speed railway network and to the improvement of the existing railway network. Therefore, the future contact network will be further developed.
