目的观察某速干免洗手皮肤消毒液的消毒效果,为实际应用提供依据。方法用2002版《消毒技术规范》中的载体定量杀灭试验和现场消毒试验对该消毒剂进行消毒效果检测、评价。结果在载体定量杀灭试验中,该消毒液对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌及铜绿色假单胞菌作用0.5min后,杀灭对数值均>3.00;用该消毒液对手和前臂皮肤擦拭消毒1.0min,对手和皮肤上自然菌的平均杀灭对数值均>1.00。结论该速干免洗手皮肤消毒液对细菌繁殖体和真菌均有较好的杀灭效果,对手和皮肤自然菌消毒效果符合规范要求。
Objective To observe the disinfection effect of a dry hands-free hand sanitizer and provide the basis for practical application. Methods The disinfectant test and evaluation were conducted with the quantitative disinfectant test and on-site disinfection test in the 2002 edition of “Disinfection Technical Specification”. Results The quantitative killing test showed that the antiseptic solution had a killing logarithm of> 3.00 against Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Candida albicans and Pseudomonas aeruginosa for 0.5 min. Forearm skin wipe disinfection 1.0min, opponents and skin natural logarithm average kill bacteria were> 1.00. Conclusion The quick-drying hands-free skin disinfectant has a good killing effect on both bacterial propagules and fungi. The antiseptic effect of natural bacteria on the hands and skin meets the regulatory requirements.
