采用水培试验方法,研究不同钾水平对两个甘蔗品种(BC2-32和YT55)氮、磷、钾养分吸收利用的影响。结果表明:施钾使两品种的总干重显著增加,根冠比降低;不同钾处理下,BC2-32的根干重,根冠比均比YT55高,地上部则相反;随着钾浓度的升高,BC2-32的总干重增长幅度比YT55大;施钾显著提高了两品种的各器官氮、磷含量以及全株氮、磷积累量和利用效率,BC2-32的地上部氮、磷积累量分别占全株氮、磷积累量的比例以及氮利用效率在各钾处理下均比YT55低,而磷利用效率在较低钾处理下低于YT55,在较高钾处理下则相反;施钾显著提高了两品种的全株钾积累量,降低了钾利用效率,在不同钾处理下,BC2-32的钾素利用效率都高于YT55。
Hydroponic experiments were conducted to study the effects of different potassium levels on nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium uptake by two sugar cane varieties (BC2-32 and YT55). The results showed that the total dry weight of both cultivars increased significantly and the ratio of root to shoot decreased with K treatment. Under different K treatments, the root dry weight and root / shoot ratio of BC2-32 were higher than that of YT55 and the shoots were opposite. With potassium concentration The total dry weight of BC2-32 increased more than that of YT55. Potassium application significantly increased the contents of nitrogen and phosphorus, the accumulation and utilization efficiency of nitrogen and phosphorus, and the aboveground nitrogen of BC2-32 , P accumulation in the whole plant respectively, and nitrogen use efficiency were all lower than those in YT55 under all potassium treatments, whereas phosphorus use efficiency was lower than YT55 under lower potassium treatments, while under higher potassium treatments On the contrary, potassium application significantly increased potassium accumulation in whole plant and decreased potassium utilization efficiency. Under different potassium treatments, the potassium use efficiency of BC2-32 was higher than that of YT55.
