主要研究了采用化学镇法在ABS塑料表面所得Cu/Ni-P双镀层的结构与性能。通过χ光衍射、XPS谱及SEM等对不同施镀条件下的镀层形貌和微结构进行了研究,特别是对镀层的附着强度、导电性及电磁屏蔽性能等进行了深入细致地研究。结果表明,ANS/Cu/Ni-P复合材料,在10k~106KHz宽广的电磁区域内,具有优异的电磁屏蔽效果,且镀层结合强度高经久耐用。
The structure and properties of Cu / Ni-P double coating obtained by chemical method on ABS plastic surface were mainly studied. The morphology and microstructure of the coatings under different plating conditions were studied by χ-ray diffraction, XPS and SEM, especially the adhesion strength, electrical conductivity and electromagnetic shielding properties of the coatings were studied in detail. The results show that the ANS / Cu / Ni-P composite has excellent electromagnetic shielding effect in the wide electromagnetic range of 10k ~ 106KHz and the coating has high bonding strength and is durable.
