目的:评价脉冲染料激光治疗血管角皮瘤的疗效。方法:采用585nm脉冲染料激光治疗11例血管角皮瘤患者。结果:痊愈5例(45.45%),显效4例(36.36%);有效2例(18.18%),有效率为81.81%,治疗1次有效率为54.55%。仅1例患者治疗部位出现色素减退。结论:585nm脉冲染料激光治疗血管角皮瘤安全、有效。
Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of pulsed dye laser in the treatment of angiocarcinoma. Methods: 11 cases of angiocarcinoma were treated with 585nm pulsed dye laser. Results: 5 cases were cured (45.45%), 4 cases were markedly effective (36.36%), 2 cases were effective (18.18%), the effective rate was 81.81% and the effective rate was 54.55%. Only one patient had hypopigmentation at the treatment site. Conclusion: 585nm pulsed dye laser is safe and effective for the treatment of angiocarcinoma.
