立体式激冷排气阀是在普通激冷排气阀的基础上发展而来,将“一”字直线式的排气通道设计成一种“W”型曲线结构,其主要目的是增加排气道的宽度,增大排气面积。当将此类型真空阀应用于真空压铸工艺中,同等的真空压铸参数下,其抽气效率等同于机械截止真空阀,其可靠性等同于普通激冷排气阀。基于立体式激冷排气阀的特点,开发了真空控制系统,并针对实际生产的油底壳零件进行了计算机填充模拟、模具方案优化以及试验,验证了立体式激冷排气阀具有抽气效率高、可靠性高、维护成本低的优点。
