在《3-6岁儿童学习与发展指南》精神引领下用心做教研,将先进的教育理念转化为教师的教育行为,开拓创新,彰显园本特色,是乡镇幼儿园的追求。和龙市八家子镇幼儿园一直坚持以《指南》为指导,以人文精神培养为核心,以“快乐和谐的教育、健康成长的宝贝”为办园宗旨,以“绿色乡土资源孕育快乐多彩童年”为园本教育特色,让每个孩子在这里增长智慧、体验生活、享受快乐。本文结合八家子镇幼儿园以“乡土为本、点亮童心”为中心开展的集体教育、日常养成、主题活动、家园共育、环境创设、实践活动等实际工作,浅谈如何在《指南》引领下做好园本教研。 Guided by the spirit of “Guide for the Study and Development of 3-6-year-old Children”, it is the pursuit of township nursery schools that the advanced education concept is transformed into the teacher’s educational behavior, pioneering and innovating, and demonstrating the characteristics of the park. In this paper, the practical work of collective education, daily life, theme activities, home-based co-education, environment creation and practice activities is carried out based on ”Localism-based, light childlike innocence“ ”Guide" to do the best under the guidance of the garden.
