国企,特别是央企老总的薪酬屡屡成为话题新闻。日前,中央全面深化改革领导小组特别研究了国企薪酬改革,再次聚焦了人们的视线。一直以来,中国公众对国企高管定位模糊感到不满,一些高管有行政级别,享受相应待遇,同时又像西方企业高管那样获得高薪,薪酬远远高于同级别官员。尽管如此,这边有人提出国企老总不该拿“天价”年薪,那边马上有人按照市场贡献论证国企老总薪水的“可怜”。
