中国北方少数民族在生存和发展过程中所形成的外向型模式包含特定的社会发展价值,从而决定记录和描述中国北方少数民族的文献具有突出的社会发展价值。这种价值主要体现在以下几方面:是测算评价中国北方少数民族经济与文化贡献的根据、民族融合过程的证明、构造民族文化板块的参考、实施民族文化博展的内容参考、推测民族发展趋向的根据等。为充分发挥和利用中国北方少数民族文献的社会发展价值,在文献资源建设上,应建立中国北方少数民族文献数据实验室、音像文献传播中心、印刷文献传播中心和民族文化博展园。
The extroversion model formed by the ethnic minorities in northern China in their survival and development contains specific values of social development and thus determines the outstanding value of social development for the documentation and description of the literature of ethnic minorities in northern China. This value is mainly reflected in the following aspects: the basis for the assessment of the economic and cultural contribution of ethnic minorities in northern China, the proof of national integration process, the reference for constructing national cultural plates, the reference to the implementation of the national cultural exhibition, and the prediction of national development trends Based on and so on. In order to give full play to and make full use of the social development value of ethnic minorities in northern China, we should establish the Documentation and Data Laboratory for North Minorities, the Center for Audio and Video Document Transmission, the Center for Printing and Document Communication, and the Ethnic Culture and Exhibition Center for the construction of literature resources.
