基于远程培训的高中教师专业状态分析——以生物学科为例

“广东省2009年普通高中教师职务培训”远程网络平台,网罗了大量原始数据,为研究教师教育问题提供了难得的素材。结合SPSS13.0软件对网络平台数据的统计分析,就3528名高中生物教师的培训参与度、关注热点、专业素质和培训绩效等进行了较为系统的量的分析和质的研究。研究认为,整体上学员对培训学习的关注度和参与度属于中等略偏低水平,但地区之间、学员个体之间存在极明显的差异;大部分学员具备良好的实施新课程所需的本体性知识、策略性知识和实践性知识,但部分学员的知识结构和课程执行力亟待改善,尤其是在探究实验教学和生物专业知识系统性方面;培训取得较好的成效,但学员个体之间存在极明显差异;教材教法研究、专业知识与技能、教师专业发展是学员关注的热点;提高远程培训的实效性,关键在于加强学与导双方的过程性管理与质量监控。 “Guangdong Province 2009 Senior High School Teacher Job Training ” remote network platform, a large amount of raw data, for the study of teacher education provides a rare material.
