随着公路建设的快速发展,资金筹措成了当前最棘手的问题。特别是我国中部和西部地区,由于地方财力有限,公路建设资金几乎全部靠贷款解决。面对日益严峻的资金形势,如何提高资金的使用效益,就成了值得我们认真思考的问题。文章通过对投资边际交通量、土地边际运输量等指标的比较分析,就公路新建和改建两种模式的经济性进行了研究,对目前我国公路建设具体一定的指导意义。
With the rapid development of highway construction, financing has become the most difficult issue at present. Especially in the central and western regions of our country, due to the limited local financial resources, the funds for road construction are almost entirely financed by loans. In the face of increasingly serious financial situation, how to improve the efficiency of the use of funds has become a question that deserves our serious consideration. By comparative analysis of such indicators as the marginal traffic volume of investment and the marginal traffic volume of land, the paper studies the economy of the two new modes of highway construction and reconstruction, which is of specific guiding significance to the present highway construction in our country.
