离体成年大鼠心肌细胞与 CoQ_(10)(1×10~(-4)mol/L)共同孵育后,明显增加了心肌细胞对缺氧的耐受性并减轻了复氧损伤的程度。表现为杆形细胞存活率的增加,细胞 LDH 释放被抑制和 MDA 含量的减少。如缺氧后才应用 CoQ_(10),则细胞复氧损防无明显改善。预先给大鼠愎崆注射 CoQ_(10)(20mg/kg),也能显著增加心肌细胞对缺氧和复氧损伤的耐受能力。此结果提示 CoQ_(10)可作为细胞保护剂,有益于防治心肌缺血再灌注时的损伤。
Incubation of CoQ_ (10) (1 × 10 -4 mol / L) in isolated rat myocardial cells significantly increased the cardiomyocyte hypoxia tolerance and reduced the extent of reoxygenation injury. Manifested as an increase of cell viability of stem cells, inhibition of cell LDH release and decrease of MDA content. Such as hypoxic application of CoQ_ (10), the cell reoxygenation no significant improvement. CoQ_ (10) (20 mg / kg) preconditioning to rat cholera also significantly increased the tolerance of cardiomyocytes to hypoxia and reoxygenation injury. The results suggest that CoQ_ (10) can be used as a cytoprotective agent, which is beneficial for the prevention and treatment of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury.
