根据第五次全路标准设計工作座谈会的决議,于10月9日至16日在兰州召开了全路隧道衬砌設計专业会议,这次会议由第一設计院及专业设计院共同主持。除铁道部五个设計院、八个铁路局和西北铁路工程局铁道科学研究院、隧道研究所外,还有北京地下铁道工程局、上海市隧道工程局、铁道兵、中国人民解放軍1325部队以及五个高等院校的代表参加。会议的主要任务是在总结以往鉄路隧道衬砌設計、施工和运营经驗、交流科研成果的基础上,討论並確定現行单线隧道衬砌标准图整頓修改原則,和制定编压隧道衬砌、地震区隧道衬砌以及斜交洞口衬砌的设计原则。
