通过对浅静脉阻断后膝关节静脉回流部分受阻,骨内静脉瘀滞,致使骨内压产生动态变化,分别测量不同时间内骨内压力并记录其变化。结果显示,浅静脉阻断后对胫骨上端影响最大,胫骨下端次之,而对髌骨的影响最小。结合髓腔减压术的效果分析,作者认为:浅静脉阻断后骨内压变化幅度越大,预示骨内微循环功能状况越好,经钻孔减压治疗效果越好,维持时间也越长。
The occlusion of the superficial veins blocked the backflow of the knee joint partially blocked and the intraosseous veins stasis, resulting in the dynamic changes of intraosseous pressure. The intraosseous pressure was measured at different times and the changes were recorded. The results showed that the superficial femoral vein occlusion had the most significant effect on the tibia, followed by the inferior tibia, and had the least effect on the patella. Combined with the effect of medullary decompression, the author believes that: superficial varicose veins after osseous pressure changes the greater the range, indicating that the better the functional status of intracranial microcirculation, the better the drilling decompression treatment, the maintenance time is also more long.
