通过心外膜电图标测、Swan-Ganz导管监测血流动力学及硝基四氮唑染色等方法,比较了硝酸甘油、前列腺素E_1、心得安对急性心肌梗塞范围(IS)和血流动力学的影响。结果表明,三者均能缩小IS,降低各标测点ST段抬高总和和以ST段抬高≥2mV的标测点数,对心输出量、每搏指数、心脏指数、肺毛细血管楔嵌压、心率的影响各不相同,前列腺素E_1既能缩小IS,又有良好的血流动力学效应。
