目的通过室内试验得到低水泥剂量稳定级配碎石的路用性能指标,得到不同交通等级下的最低水泥掺量,同时分析低水泥剂量稳定级配碎石的力学响应及裂缝扩展规律,为路面设计提供参考。方法基于《公路工程无机结合料稳定材料试验规程》,选用骨架密实型级配,以最佳含水量制作试件,得到其路用性能指标。同时采用ABAQUS有限元软件对路面结构进行验算,并基于断裂力学基本理论分析其裂缝传递规律。结果通过室内试验得到低水泥剂量稳定级配碎石的7d无侧限抗压强度值、90d回弹模量值和90d劈裂强度指标,并通过分析得到不同交通等级所对应的最低水泥掺量;由裂缝分析得到水泥稳定级配碎石的应力强度因子随着水泥掺量的增加而增大。结论通过室内试验以及有限元建模分析,得到低水泥剂量稳定级配碎石材料满足轻、中交通等级的要求;同时,能有效防止反射裂缝的传递。
OBJECTIVE To obtain the lowest cement content under different traffic levels by means of laboratory experiments and get the road performance index of stabilized grading with low cement dosage. Meanwhile, the mechanical response and crack growth law of stabilized grading with low cement dosage are analyzed. Design for reference. Methods Based on the “Test Code of Stabilized Materials for Inorganic Binding Materials of Highway Engineering”, the skeleton dense gradation was selected to make specimens with the best water content, and the road performance indexes were obtained. At the same time, the ABAQUS finite element software was used to check the pavement structure and the fracture propagation was analyzed based on the basic theory of fracture mechanics. Results The unconfined compressive strength at 7d, rebound modulus at 90d and splitting strength at 90d were obtained through laboratory experiments. The lowest cement content corresponding to different traffic levels The stress intensity factor of cement stabilized graded macadam obtained by crack analysis increases with the increase of cement content. Conclusion Through indoor experiment and finite element analysis, the low-cement dose stabilized graded macadam material can meet the requirements of light and medium traffic grade, meanwhile, it can effectively prevent the transmission of reflection cracks.
