苏君红中国工程院院士,红外技术专家,热成像工程总设计师,1963年毕业于西安交通大学无线电工程系无线电技术专业,长期从事红外技术的研究工作,主要研究地面与空中目标与背景的探测和识别,完成了我国第一代通用组件热成像的工程研究,为我国红外事业做出了重要贡献。曾任中国兵器工业集团第二一一所所长,云南省科协主席。曾获国家科技进步一等奖、中国兵器工业功勋奖、光华基金一等奖、中国工程科技奖、何梁何利基金科学技术进步奖等。
