肝脏局灶性结节增生是一种肝脏良性肿瘤样占位性病变,在临床上比较少见,约占肝脏原发良性结节性病变的8%~([1]),其发病率仅次于肝血管瘤~([2])。该病变并非真性肿瘤,一般不发生恶变,以女性多见,仅15%左右的患者会出现上腹部疼痛、包块等症状,而绝大多数患者无明显症状,多于体检时发现~([3])。此外,肝脏局灶性结节增生的影像学特征也不具有典型性,有时很难与高分化肝细胞癌及肝腺瘤相鉴别,并且是否需要外科治疗及何时治疗也存
