良好的企业文化能为企业成功带来巨大的精神动力,是企业生产力的无形推力。而企业文化的建设有赖于思想政治工作的指导。从两者的建设来看,两者在对象、目的和工作途径等方面相同点多,联系紧密,却又存在一定的差异性。本文将从辩证的的观点探讨二者之间的差异与联系,揭示二者应该相互促进,共同发展,达到一种辩证统一的状态,从而推动企业良好发展。
Good corporate culture can bring huge spiritual motivation for the success of the enterprise, which is the intangible thrust of the productivity of the enterprise. The construction of enterprise culture depends on the guidance of ideological and political work. Judging from the construction of the two, there are many similarities and close links in the aspects of object, purpose and working methods, but there are some differences between them. This article will explore the differences and relations between the two from the dialectical point of view, revealing that the two should promote each other and develop together to reach a state of dialectical unity so as to promote the sound development of the enterprise.
