一九九三年是我市财政经济发展的转折期,从宏观上呈现出以改革求发展、财政与经济相互促进,由低谷走向繁荣的势态。但是,面对全国改革开放的步伐日趋加快,发展趋势逼人的现状,正确地认识我市财政经济的基本形势,更加客观地把握其优劣,以求全面振兴具有极其深远的战略意义。一我市财政经济的基本发展形势1 财政发展形势一九九三年,我市经济发展势头强劲,基本上可以概括为:收入递增速度加快,经济财源有所优化,财税改革成效显著。
