目的:茶树菇水煎液对糖尿病肾病小鼠的抗氧化作用。方法:给KM小腹腔注射150 mg/kg链脲佐菌素(STZ)造成糖尿病肾病模型。模型小鼠按空腹血糖随机分为4组,分别是模型对照组、茶树菇水煎液低、中、高剂量组,另设一个正常对照组。试验结束测定各组小鼠肾脏超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活力及丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:茶树菇水煎液高剂量组肾脏超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活力显著高于模型对照组(P<0.01),MDA含量显著低于模型对照组(P<0.01)。结论:茶树菇水煎液对糖尿病肾病小鼠具有抗氧化作用。
Objective: Antioxidant effect of Chaishu Mushroom Decoction on diabetic nephropathy mice. Methods: The model of diabetic nephropathy was induced by intraperitoneal injection of 150 mg / kg streptozotocin (STZ) into KM. The model mice were randomly divided into 4 groups according to fasting blood glucose: model control group, low dose group, medium dose group and high dose dose group, and another normal control group. At the end of the experiment, the activity of renal superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in mice were measured. Results: The SOD activity and GSH-PX activity in the high dose group of Chaishu Mushroom decoction were significantly higher than those in the model control group (P <0.01), and the content of MDA was significantly Lower than the model control group (P <0.01). Conclusion: Tea tree decoction has anti-oxidative effect on diabetic nephropathy mice.
