随着国家对职业教育不断加大投入,学校住校生数量不断增加,住校生的管理难度也不断加大,已成为学校教育管理过程中的一大热点。一则住校生大都离家较远,住校意味着他们脱离了父母的直接教育,相对比较自由,难免出现漫散情绪。二则住校生人数逐年增加,且年级分布不同,不利于统一管理。笔者所在学校经过多年管理经验的积累,已经形成一套切实可行的制度。笔者认为,为了更好地做好学校住校生管理工作,学校还应该重视和
