在美、英等发达国家的成熟证券市场上,法律规定不允许上市公司参股或控股证券公司,但在我国证券市场上,由于证监会做媒、上市公司与券商有意,这一现象比较普照。既在我国经济运行过程中起过一定的积极作用,也带来了很大的弊端。这一独特现象的效应正应了王朔的一句话“一半是火焰,一半是海水。”
In the mature securities markets of the developed countries such as the United States and Britain, the law does not allow listed companies to participate in or control the securities companies. However, in China’s securities market, the phenomenon is more common due to the media being served by the CSRC and the interest of listed companies and securities firms. It has played a certain positive role in the economic operation of our country and brought great drawbacks. The effect of this unique phenomenon is exactly what Wang Shuo said: “Half is a flame and half is a sea of water.”
