鳗鲡,英文名称为Anguilajaponica,属鱼纲,鳗鲡科,俗称“鳗鱼”;又因其体长(达60多厘米),呈圆筒形,似鳝鱼,其体表背部及两侧为灰褐色,腹部呈白色,故又被称为“白鳍”。其肉质细嫩,富含脂肪。味道鲜美,是上等食用养殖鱼类之一,分布于我国东南沿海、朝鲜及日本的广大海域。鳗鱼富含DHA、维生素E及胶原蛋白。DHA对孕妇及胎儿的脑部发育有很大帮助,对儿童、银发族更是益处多多。
Anguilla japonica, the English name of Anguilajaponica, is a fish, eel family, commonly known as “eel”; and because of its length (up to 60 cm), was cylindrical, like eel, the back and sides of the body surface Taupe, white belly, it is also known as “white fin ”. Its delicate meat, rich in fat. Taste delicious, is one of the finest edible farming fish, located in China’s southeast coast, North Korea and Japan’s vast sea. Eel is rich in DHA, vitamin E and collagen. DHA has great help to the brain development of pregnant women and fetuses, and has a lot of benefits to children and silver-haired families.
