辽宁锦西市保温材料厂用当地丰富的钙基膨润土取代硅藻土,生产出质量符合国家标准要求的微孔硅酸钙。经内蒙元宝山电厂60万kW发电机组,锦州、通辽电厂20万kW发电机组,辽阳化纤总厂和抚顺铝厂电解槽等保温工程使用,效果较好,通过了辽宁省科委主持的专家鉴定。 国内外生产微孔硅酸钙,硅质材料大多选用硅藻土,有时为了改善微孔硅酸钙的某些性能,添加少量的膨润土。此次锦西市保温材料厂用膨润土完全取代硅藻土,在国内还是首例。 用膨润土生产微孔硅酸钙与用硅藻土相比,生产工艺大体相同,主要区别是凝胶设备。

Domestic production of microporous calcium silicate, siliceous materials are mostly used diatomaceous earth, and sometimes in order to improve some properties of microporous calcium silicate, add a small amount of bentonite. The Jinxi insulation materials plant with bentonite completely replace diatomaceous earth, is the first case in China. Production of bentonite microporous calcium silicate compared with diatomaceous earth, the production process is roughly the same, the main difference is the gel equipment.
